Position: Composite Manufacturing Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Thursday, Full-time Condensed hours)

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Definition and cost estimating manufacturing processes for new designs
• Identifying tooling requirements and overseeing the production of job cards and work instructions
• Managing development test units to validate manufacturing concepts
• Creating process flow maps and PFMEAs to support NPI stage reviews
• Resolving production issues and supporting the NPI team on manufacturing project plans
• Managing production risks using tools like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in composite manufacturing processes, specifically oven-cured pre-preg parts in regulated industries
• Leading process development activities for new parts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including customer interaction

Desirable:
• Exposure to aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments
• ONC Engineering qualification
• Knowledge of composite layup techniques
