Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established developer who are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager with residential experience.
As the Senior Technical Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process from preconstruction through to delivery and project completion, ensuring all design information is in accordance to regulations and specification.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £10Mil+ residential projects. If you are a Senior Technical Manager, with a proven background of managing residential projects, or a Technical Manager with extensive experience, and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
This developer offers WFH, but you must be able to be based from a North London site 3-4 days per week.
