Maintenance Supervisor

Looking to manage a maintenance team or currently doing so? Confident with general machinery maintenance and comfortable leading others? Bringing your experience in FMCG, hygiene and ideally in a food production environment to ensure their expanding facilities are maintained to a very high standard. Working Monday-Friday 07:00 to 17:00 1 hour break, 30 mins paid, with overtime available. The main responsibilities of this role are to support the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns, driving improvement, and delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
Duties:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
- Always prioritise the achievement of food safety
- Stock control
- Minimising Plant downtime due to mechanical and electrical failure
- Ensuring Electrical & Mechanical safety within the site
- General building maintenance and systems scheduling
Maintenance Supervisor role, key skills/areas of expertise and experience:
- Pneumatics
- PLC's (Siemens, Allen Bradleys, Mitsubishi)
- Conveyors
- Food processing equipment
- Bearings and Motors
- Isolators
- Electrical fault finding
- Leadership/Team management/Coaching
