A fantastic opportunity for a Production Engineering Supervisor has arisen to work for an international manufacturing organization based in the Reading area.
Salary – £48,500 + Great Package + Bonus
Shifts – Monday – Friday (Days)
Location – Commutable from Reading
Skills required for the job – Production Engineering Supervisor
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance schedules for production equipment.
- Coordinating the maintenance team and tasks for each day / week.
- Purchasing supplies
- Ensure all work is completed adhering to the latest Health & Safety Regulations and best practices.
- Lean manufacturing / Continuous mindset
- Experience working within a FMCG environment.
- Experience supervising and motivating a team of Engineers.
