White Label Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a specialist Engineering Supplier of Engineered products including Pumps, Valves, Pneumatics, Hydraulics etc, who are currently looking for an Internal Salesperson to join their growing team in the Normanton area!

The company have some seriously impressive growth plans for the coming years, meaning there will be a lot of training and opportunities for employees as they will be putting in a lot of time and resources into them to promote growth, making this an exciting time to join the business! 

The Role of the Internal Sales specialist:

• This is a brand-new Internal Sales role has come live due to company growth and expansion!
• Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Specify a product which is suitable for what the customer is looking for and their needs.Then producing a quote based on this to send to the Customer.
• Follow up the quotes. 
• Process the order on the system. 
  • Quotes can vary so depending on the size, you could be working on 2-3 a day, or sometimes up to 10 quotes a day dependent on size.
• Contacting old/lapsed customers who may not have purchased for some time.
  • This role offers the potential (if interested) to progress into External Sales further down the line. This is not essential.
  • ·       Full training will be given you cannot currently read technical drawings and there is also support available from Technically biased employees.

The Person:

• Must have good experience with Engineered Products (i.e.Pumps, Valves, Hydraulics, Cylinders,Gearboxes, etc).
• Have experience in an Internal Sales role – this could be from a Manufacturing or Distribution setup.
• Must have good experience producing Quotes and be comfortable following up.
• Ability to read technical drawings is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable on the phone.

Salary and Package:

• Highly competitive salary – dependent on experience.
• 25 days plus bank holidays

• Working hours are 8.15am – 5pm Monday – Friday
