What you'll do as Mechanical Associate Director:

• Project Delivery of large scale projects in London across all of the RIBA stages.
• Comfortable in leadership position, advising and winning repeat and new business.
• Project manage and supervise projects, co-ordinating with other engineering and real estate disciplines
• Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme
• Peer review and overseeing external consultant design
• Mentorship of more junior members of staff, very capable of leading MEP Teams,

Mechanical Associate Director Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or building services engineering
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the building services space
• Experience working on large scale commercial, residential and mixed use projects would be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and PH Design
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
