Are you a Production, Sales or General Manager from a Manufacturing background looking for rapid progression to Directorship within a reputable SME offering the authority and autonomy to shape the future of the business?

On offer the is chance to make a real impact and manage the success of this packaging specialist. They develop, manufacture and sell packaging consumables to major Blue-chip clients and have a stable pipeline of sales. One of the current Directors is looking to retire within a year and will coach you on the business to prepare you to take the reigns.

You will be responsible for ensuring growth of the business. They currently have 20 staff and a turnover of over 2 million and have capacity to take on more work and win additional contracts. You will liaise with the Directors on company vision, and if all goes well, reap the rewards of a senior position.

This role would suit a Production, Sales or General manager - or perhaps someone who's ran their own company - looking to step up and become responsible for the growth of an exciting SME with over 25 years of rich history.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing company
• Directing the senior team and increase sales potential
• Rapid progression to Directorship for the correct candidate
• Managing Accounts to increase revenue streams

• Manufacturing or Technical background
• Ready to step up and run a small business
