The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the pristine condition and operational excellence of prestigious sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and proactive maintenance to avert potential issues.
- Perform a wide array of maintenance tasks, from cosmetic touch-ups to fundamental repairs across various building aspects. General handyman duties.
- Uphold stringent health & safety standards, implementing necessary adjustments to meet regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with external contractors to ensure top-tier service provision.

Candidate Profile:
- A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to collective achievements and personal growth.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial setting.
- Proficient understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, alongside general building upkeep.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic IT systems, including experience with 'FreshDesk' or comparable platforms.
- A working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems would be beneficial.
