🔑 Key Responsibilities:

With your can-do attitude, we'll train and equip you with everything you need to excel as a Support Technician:

•              🛠️ Maintain smooth back-of-house technology operations

•              🔍 Conduct regular maintenance checks for electronic and mechanical equipment

•              📋 Implement operational procedures daily

•              🎟️ Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve requests

•              🤝 Collaborate with the venue team to tackle ad hoc faults

What We're Looking For:

•              🕒 Punctual, reliable, with a good attitude

•              🎓 Quick learner

•              💻 Interested in new novel technology

•              🔧 Experience in audio/visual, mechanical maintenance, or computer systems

•              🖥️ Familiarity with IT operating systems

•              🔄 Availability for evenings and weekends
