BIM Recruiter is proudly recruiting for a leading M&E contracting organisation based in Northern Ireland

Located just outside Belfast, our client is leading the way in the design, construction and management of M&E systems across industrial, commercial and residential projects, both locally in Northern Ireland and further into the UK market.

Through the growth of their BIM team, they are now seeking a Revit Technician to join the business

The Role will involve:

• MEP Revit modelling
• Production of Drawings
• Model Coordination
• Quality Assurance
• Document Management

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with experience in MEP modelling.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork within multidisciplinary environments, as well as the capacity to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks Dynamo) is advantageous.
