Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor
My client are a well-established medium sized main contractor based in Manchester.
They specialise in the delivery of high standard high-rise commercial and education projects predominantly in the North West of England.
They undertake new build, RC Frame projects, with contract values ranging up to £25m.
They are a well-respected business with almost no staff turnover with the vast majority of their work coming from repeat business or recommendation, which is a testament to how well they operate as a company as well as the quality of service they provide.
Due to further new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This position offers genuine progression to develop into a Commercial Manager in the future.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a proven track record and stable career history, with the ability to oversee up to 3 projects at any one time. This is a permanent opportunity to attain a position working on projects high quality within a company that has a family feel and a genuinely team focused environment.
