Job Title: Highways Supervisor
Salary: Up to £49,000
Location: Bermondsey, London
Hours: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
 
Our client, a leading transportation solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to join their esteemed team. This permanent, full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of London's highway network.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Collaborating with planning and permitting teams to efficiently plan reactive works.
- Optimizing work resources to ensure maximum utilization.
- Preparing health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, and site packs.
- Ensuring all works are fully permitted before implementation.
- Developing and updating work programs as necessary.
- Raising technical queries and facilitating their resolution.
- Maintaining regular liaison with clients, employees, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
 
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
 
- Previous experience as a Highways Supervisor, preferably in highways and reactive maintenance.
- Proactive, flexible, and motivated demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Hold a CSCS card
