Regional Manager based in Berkshire; this opportunity would be working for a ground investigation firm.

The role would be working from an existing workload of framework contracts, the position would be tasked with growing the business unit outside of those framework contracts and developing new customer relationships.

Be able and prepared to lead and inspire a team of engineers, drillers and technicians, to ensure operations run smoothly as well as having a sound knowledge of ground investigation contracting management from an operational, technical and financial perspective. This role would be for someone who has the ability to work closely and to be able to liaise with the Directors of the business, as you will form part of the company’s senior management team and to be involved in strategic, technical and operational decision-making processes.
