Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Commercial Plumbers interested in working for a leading facilities maintenance company based at a static site in the Evesham area.

Responsibilities

• As a commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in our client's commercial facility.
• Your duties will include:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or defective plumbing parts.
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Collaborating with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhering to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 City & Guilds Plumbing ideally level 2.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy pipes and equipment.
