LINKS Recruitment Group present a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to work within a well-established company who are continuously growing due to company success.

The role:

You will be working within a team, carrying out PPM’s and maintenance on a range of production machinery.

• Compliance with Company Environmental, Health and Safety procedures
• Completion of Planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintenance / repair of equipment in breakdown situations.
• Safe isolation of equipment
• Ensure highest levels of housekeeping and cleanliness whilst working
• Liaise across all areas of the organization to achieve production priorities
• Issuing of work permits for site contractors and ensuring contractors are operating in accordance with site rules

The Person:

• Experience in a similar role/industrial experience in a busy manufacturing environment
• Strong Electrical background
• Experience in AC drives/inverters, DC drives/controllers electromechanical and optical sensors
• Some Knowledge of PLC’s power electronics/ electronics and electrical installation
• Knowledge and experience of Fanuc robots would be advantageous
• Knowledge of the Permit to work systems
• Experience of using computer based maintenance systems
