We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Weighbridge Operator

As a Weighbridge Operator, you will be responsible for accurately recording and documenting the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles

Duties:

Operate the weighbridge system to record and document the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles
Ensure accurate data entry of vehicle information, weight, and other relevant details into computerised systems
Communicate with drivers and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining records
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environmentExperience:

Experience of working in a similar role is essential
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork, records, and documentation
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skillsHours of operation are 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
