Job Description
My client is seeking a skilled Machinist to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Manual Lathes, Mills, Slotters, and other machinery commonly found in an engineering workshop. Additionally, the Machinist will be expected to perform fitting, assembling, and general warehouse duties.

Duties:
Set up and operate Manual Lathes, Mills, Slotters, and other machinery as required.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of work produced.
Perform fitting, assembling, and general warehouse duties as necessary.
Adhere to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve production targets.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

The Candidate 
Previous experience in a similar machinist role.
Experience operating Manual Lathes, Mills, Slotters, and other engineering machinery.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Salary
The salary offered for this position is £25,000- £35,000 to a candidate who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
