An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in Highways and Public Realm to join a client in London. You will be a key part of the team involved in a large highway infrastructure project and your main duties include assisting the Project Managers with all aspects of project planning and coordination, supporting the delivery of complex contracts, developing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and liaising with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth scheme delivery.

This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £250 - £285 per day - negotiable for the right candidate.  Flexible working arrangements / working from home opportunities are available.

Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Assisting the Project Managers with all aspects of project coordination, planning and delivery
·Liaising with key stakeholders, contractors and consultants to ensure efficient scheme delivery
·Monitoring project progress and providing reports associated with project risks
·Preparing and maintaining project documentation including purchase orders, meeting minutes, progress reports, contract governance and budgets.
