Mobile Engineer - Newcastle - Salary up to £38,000 Plus great benefits!
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the North East region on a mobile basis.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the North East region on a mobile basis.

Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update Log books
- To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis.
- To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information required
- Basic Salary of up to £38,000
- Call out
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company Van & Fuel Card
- Full company uniform
- Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time on Sundays)
- Training and development
- Gym flex/discount
- Eye Care = £25 towards Eye test and £100 towards glasses
- Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Electrically or mechanically qualified – City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable)
- Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
