An engineering company based in Shepton Mallet is currently recruiting a Team Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Meet the demands of the contracts, understanding manpower, vehicles and plant requirements
- Overseeing scheduling of team members
- Allocate jobs
- Review works diary each day
- Assist with costing and budgeting
- Attend team meetings
- Deal with and resolve material complaints
Previous experience of working in a role that requires good organisational skills and face to face communication is essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to prioritise and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
