CNC Machinist

A family owned engineering company based in Brentwood are looking for a CNC Machinist to use offline cad software (ONE CNC) to programme, set and operate CNC machines. Training on One CNC software can be provided.
This company designs and manufactures pharmaceutical machinery and are passionate about it!
Hours of work are 7am till 5.15pm Monday to Thursday or if you preferred Tuesday to Friday once up to speed.
Overtime is paid at x1.5 your hourly rate.
Duties:-
- Offline CNC programming
- Setting and operating 3 & 4 axis CNC machines
- Working to tight tolerances +-0.015 on bores 0.05mm parallelism 0.02 milling profiles with experience inspecting own work ensuring its accuracy and cosmetic quality using different measuring and inspection equipment e.g. micrometres, slips, bore gauges etc
- Record time on jobs for programming, setting and running times to ensure correct data is passed back to the office for cost analysis
