FDIS Site Works (Facilities) Manager

Location: Brize Norton

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role

The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing and AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliance while being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service
  • Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and specialist supply chain partners
  • Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls.
  • Supporting site audits
  • Contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines
  • Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity (ranging up £10k)
  • Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Understanding/ Experience of managing a large site
  • An understanding of Facilities Management
  • Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
  • IOSH Certified or similar (Ideally)
  • Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
