As a Machine Shop Manager for our client your duties will include;
- Managing the team in the machine shop and utilising a computerised management system
- Incorporating your own expertise to ensure the smooth progression of items through the factory
- Keen planning to meet customer requirements
- Overseeing continual expansion within the department
The successful Machine Shop Manager will require;
- Experience of an engineering background and able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in machining processes, specifically CNC
- Excellent computer skills
- High level of communication skills when liaising with both colleagues and customers
- Management experience
