Circa £40,000 Basic (Flexible DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE Approx. £70,000) + Company Vehicle + Benefits Package

Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week (Flexible Working Hours)

Sales Engineer required for a market leading manufacturer, specialising in materials handling, and lifting equipment. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a well-established company who have a 60-year history and are well known for the quality of their products.

The successful Sales Engineer will hold proven sales experience and will need to come from an engineering industry related background. Any experience within the materials handling industry would be advantageous, however, product specific training can be provided.

The successful Sales Engineer will focus on new business generation as the company looks to expand their customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, contacting new businesses, and scheduling site visits. You can expect to spend approximately 70% of your time visiting customers at client sites throughout the UK.

The company offer bespoke equipment so understanding customer requirements is key. The equipment range is valued up to £150,000 and so this role offers huge earning potential with uncapped commission on offer.

Sales Engineer Role:

· Focus on new business – responsible for identifying and contacting new, potential customers
· 70% Field Based, 30% Office/Remote working
· Responsible for managing your own diary
· Uncapped commission

The Sales Engineer Candidate:

· Engineering based sales experience
· Comfortable with a sales based role and working autonomously
