Pay rate: £21.27ph - £38.29ph
Full time hours for approx. 35 days

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we are currently recruiting experienced onshore Rigger for a large shutdown starting at the end of March, for our client based in Grimsby. The company has been successful since 1834 and is now a global leader in fluid engineering and chemical processing applications.

Rigger responsibilities:

* Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved
* Setting, aligning, and levelling heavy equipment machinery
* Selecting the appropriate rigging gear
* Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts
* Inspecting rigging before final use
* Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment
* Ensuring compliance with UK and company safety procedures

Rigger required skills:

* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Previous experience working as a Rigger in an onshore environment
* Drug and Alcohol Testing: Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Safety Passport: Valid CCNSG Safety Passport, in date / Or VCA
* NVQ 3 or relevant qualification

Rigger Pay:

* £21.27ph day rate
* £26.91ph night rate
* £29.78 - £38.29 overtime

Rigger Shift:

* 6 on 1 off, each shift will be between 10 and 12 hours

Rigger benefits:

* Hotel and travel paid
* Blue Book rates apply
* Overtime
