Role Overview:

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our production activities. You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate production team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to address production issues and improve overall operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the sheet metal industry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Experience on CNC punch Presses / Press Brakes and bed routers would be beneficial
