£4,500 - £47,000/annum

An industry leading FM service provider is seeking an Site Maintenance Supervisor- electrical bias to work at a large commercial site based in Sunbury, Surrey. This role is offering a salary of £45,000 - £47,000 per annum with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.


Job Role:

You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm

The M&E provider is an established; specialist and well respected provider of building services in the industry and one which continually strives to deliver the best possible employees to its clients. This is a company who are renowned in the industry for investing in their people and providing the latest training as well as offering fantastic internal career progression.

The site is a prestigious commercial building, which will require all candidates to be client facing with a positive and friendly attitude at all times and have supervisory experience. The Supervisor must have experience working within a team carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.


Relevant previous work experience includes but is not limited to;

• Fault finding
• PPM’s
• FCU’s
• Generators
• 3 Phase power supply
• UPS’s
• AHU’s
• BMS
• Chillers
• Boilers
• Water treatments

This is a permanent position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team.

The successful candidate must have:

·Electrically trained with at least 5 years experience in the building services trade

·Must have at least 3 years supervisory/Lead experience

·Level 3 or equivalent in electrical qualifications

·Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
