Powered Access Engineer - £45k + DOE and qualifications - Paid door to door, but must be prepared to travel to the depot each day which is based Nr Bexleyheath, South East London/Kent

The role requires a candidate who is self-motivated with good powered access maintenance skills with a flexible, enthusiastic attitude to problem-solving in order to maintain a meticulous standard at all times.

Responsibilities of the Powered Access Engineer:

As a powered access engineer you will be working on behalf of a large and prestigious hire company, servicing and repairing all types of powered access equipment such as Cherry Pickers, Scissor Lifts, Boom lifts and MEWPS.

There may also be the opportunity to work on a small amount of plant machinery such as dumpers, rollers, excavators, telehandlers etc.

• To manage administration tasks and complete all paperwork accurately and on time
• Cover an area across the South East - travel into London will be required.
• Work well under pressure and retain a positive attitude to customer service
• Maintain Health and Safety to Company standards

What you will need to be our next Powered Access Engineer:

• Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Mechanical experience gained in powered access, lorry mounted platforms and plant equipment
• The Powered Access Engineer will need to have the ability to service, fault find and repair powered access and plant equipment accordingly
• Good communication skills
• Diagnostics
• Relevant NVQ or C&G qualification in plant maintenance or electrical/mechanical engineering
• Full uK Driving Licence
