Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading, worldwide supplying manufacturing company who due to continued growth, are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join the team at their Bredbury site. 

Role Requirements

• The Project Manager is to implement an effective project launch, while liaising closely with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality departments to ensure that all delivery and quality criteria have been assessed. 

• Evaluate and initiate any necessary changes in the department to meet and exceed the needs of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To ensure that Quality Standards to BS EN ISO 9001 are maintained and that the quality of all products supplied your client conform to their own quality standards as well as their customers. 

• Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are observed and maintained. To promote and encourage effective communication. 

• Assist in implementation of total quality and process improvement within our client’s business. 

• Produce and maintain clear project plans and schedules. 

• Identify any slippage or risk to schedules, develop recovery/mitigation plans. 

• Ensure correct reporting of additional costs to projects are reported and agreed where appropriate. 

• Attend pre-production meetings internally and externally with customers. 

• Produce management reports as required for management meetings. 

• Liaise with and inform the relevant department of any changes in delivery requirements. 

• Maintain accurate reporting against multiple projects via customer interface/portal.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Understanding of Quality plans and specifications. 

• Familiarity with quickly learning and understanding Group level Quality Systems

• Competence in Microsoft Word package and IT systems.

Hours of Work & Salary

• Based - Bredbury

• Salary Range - £38,000 to £42,000

• Hours Per Week - 39 hours

• Shift Pattern - Monday to Thursday - 8am to 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 3.30pm
