Mobile AC Engineer-Central Scotland-Up to £40,000 - Covering Bathgate, Edinburgh, Perth, Fife and Cumbernauld - Excellent benefit package!
CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a qualified AC engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This is working on data centres across the Edinburgh and surrounding patch requiring you to have previous experience working on UPS systems, generators and in switchrooms. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial maintenance experience and hold their 18th ed qualification.
In exchange you will be provided with a company van (private use optional) and 25 days holiday plus bank holiday! There are also plenty of opportunities for OT! Below are more details on this excellent opportunity!
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Pressure leak tests
Compressor changes
Braising
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
Extensive building services knowledge
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning
F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
Extensive experience working within commercial environments
Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean)
Experience working in a mobile role
Benefits:
Basic Salary of up to £40,000
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday working 08:00-17:00
Company Vehicle
Full company uniform
OT at 1.5 for during the week and Saturdays and x2 for weekends.
Full expensed van and mobile phone and uniform
