Fire & Security Project Manager required for our client, a leading provider of integrated fire and security solutions. As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled Fire and Security Project Manager to oversee our projects from inception to completion.

Position Overview: As a Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of fire and security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver successful projects that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of fire and security projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.
• Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of safety on all project sites, promoting adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the fire and security industry.
• Proficient with various IT software packages, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and other security technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
