£40,000 - £45,000 + 25 days hol + benefits package

• A globally recognised Facilities Management service provider widely known as the UK’s number one.

Your new role

• Leading planned and reactive maintenance including electrical, mechanical and fabric services.
• Ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.
• Playing a key role in managing, maintaining, and developing the client relationship.
• You will lead a team of 4 engineers plus sub-contractors ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained.

What you'll need to succeed

• A strong M&E maintenance background holding technical qualifications
• Experience of working in a client facing environment.
• Those looking to apply should have a high level of both written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record managing multi-disciplined teams including recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, appraisals, and performance management
