Role Summary:
- Position: Maintenance Engineer
- Location: Kidderminster
- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
What You'll Do:
- React Promptly: Be the first line of defense against equipment failure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Planned Maintenance: Follow scheduled preventative maintenance routines meticulously.
- Collaborate: Work closely with engineering management to enhance long-term reliability and contribute to exciting project work.
- Technical Expertise: Tackle fluid and pneumatic power systems, including power packs, compressors, and vacuum pumps.
- Material Handling: Engage with material transfer systems and mixing equipment.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.
- Strong mechanical maintenance and engineering skills.
- Process awareness, diagnostic abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
