We are seeking an experienced MEPH Site Manager to join a leading developer. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a major residential development project that will shape the future of this community in East London. This is a long-term project, with an estimated duration of 10 years. The development includes approximately 4,500 apartments in total with a number of commercial amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

As the MEPH Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all MEPH (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC) services one the block of units you will be managing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of MEPH services for your block, consisting of approximately anywhere from 50 apartments plus.
• Helping to oversee the MEPH services for Phase 2 and subsequent phases as the project progresses.
• Ensuring the successful execution of MEPH projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Managing a substantial combined MEPH package.
• Leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
