Bid Writer and Manager (Construction)

£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Hybrid + Bonus Scheme

Do you have experience with Bid writing, looking to advance your career with a innovative, diverse construction consultancy, where you will be a central part of the company's Business Development and Estimating team, working closely with the Strategy and Managing Directors to develop and manage competitive bids for a variety of sectors, from education and culture to retail and sports?

Are you ready to work on a range of complex, dynamic projects, with an ability to fully utilise your skillset by taking on projects valued from £750K to £40 million?

On offer is the opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growing consultancy, as they aim to double their turnover by 2028. You will be an integral part of this plan, as you take on this multi-faceted, highly rewarding role which will allow you to take the lead on new bids and manage the process from start to finish.

The Role:

• Identify key opportunities for bid development, working alongside the Strategy Director and Managing Director
• Work on multiple submissions, assessing the ability to fulfil client needs and managing the process from start to finish
• Ensure that bids are completed on time, with full compliance to pre-qualification and tender requirements

The Person:

• Bid writing and management experience
• From a construction background
