Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for a Service Controller has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be the linchpin between the clients and engineers, supporting with their maintenance, repair, and general service schedules.

What's involved for Service Controller…

• Process orders
• Input and update CRM system
• Monitor and update customers
• Work closely with engineers
• Manage engineers diaries
• Deal with warranties
• Raise quotes and repairs for products
• Book service and maintenance jobs

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong administrator, planner or service controller background
• Experience scheduling engineers diaries
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

This is a full time, permanent Service Controller role, working Monday to Friday with great career prospects.
