Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Job Category: Engineering Operations Department
Location: East Midlands (Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Depending on experience for the right candidate.
Holidays: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Job Profile: To train to service and rectify faults on a variety of fire alarm systems, disabled refuge systems and emergency lighting systems. To help enhance and further develop our service business and work in a professional manner both as an individual and within our team.
Job Description: Typical daily duties include the following:
- Routine and annual servicing of systems.
- Responding to emergency breakdowns.
- Liaising with Customers and Staff (Internally and externally).
- General Administrative Duties.
- Communication professionally and confidently through written and oral communication.
- Proficient use of IT to record and update Company records.
- Interpret data ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure that workload is planned and prioritized in accordance with Company business needs.
- Always present a smart and professional appearance to customers and suppliers.
- Deliver flexibility in terms of working hours to meet the demands of the business.
