Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Working Hours:  8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:  Depending on experience for the right candidate.

Job Profile: To train to service and rectify faults on a variety of fire alarm systems, disabled refuge systems and emergency lighting systems.  To help enhance and further develop our service business and work in a professional manner both as an individual and within our team.

Job Description:  Typical daily duties include the following:

  • Routine and annual servicing of systems.
  • Responding to emergency breakdowns.
  • Liaising with Customers and Staff (Internally and externally).
  • General Administrative Duties.
  • Communication professionally and confidently through written and oral communication.
  • Proficient use of IT to record and update Company records.
  • Interpret data ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ensure that workload is planned and prioritized in accordance with Company business needs.
  • Always present a smart and professional appearance to customers and suppliers.
  • Deliver flexibility in terms of working hours to meet the demands of the business.

All duties should be delivered in accordance with Company requirements and policies relating to standards, accuracy, customer service and team working.
