Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Croydon, South London.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is an industry leading and customer focused Water Hygiene / Legionella management company who provide water hygiene / legionella services across the South East. They are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their loyal and dedicated team carrying out various water hygiene / legionella management duties across Commercial and Domestic sites in line with ACop L8 / HSG guidelines. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to join a continuously growing company who can offer regional work in the South East / London region, ensuring work / life balance. They can also offer scope for training, excellent overtime rates and company pension scheme.
Covering the South East, London, and the surrounding areas: Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere, Uckfield, Southend-on-Sea, Basildon, Brentwood, Cheshunt, Harlow, St Albans, Hertford, Watford, Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden, Chelmsford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have extensive experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella management company.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Will have a professional and enthusiastic attitude on site.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to organise workload in line with client / company needs.
The Role:
" Legionella monitoring and water sampling.
" Cleans and disinfections of cooling towers.
" Carrying out showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Calorifier inspections.
" Disinfection and chlorinations.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Accurately filling out logbooks upon completion of work.
