Trevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Mobile AC Engineer to work on their national contracts covering commercial buildings. Carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance works. An exciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:
- Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHU’s as required.
- Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
- Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.
Qualifications Required:
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6087) or equivalent
- FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPM’s and Maintenance works.
