Our client is a world leading asset management firm looking for an experienced engineer to fill the role of senior technician at one of their prestigious London buildings.

The job:

As a Senior Technician, you will lead a team of Maintenance Engineers in the delivery of maintenance services to a variety of building systems.

• Setting  Planned maintenance schedule
• Responding to reactive works within pre-determined SLA’s
• Championing Health & Safety on-site and ensuring compliance.
• Servicing a wide range of Electro-Mechanical Building systems. (Lighting, Alarm Systems, HVAC, Plant Room, Water Systems etc...)
• Participate in 4 on 4 off, Days Only Shift Schedule

What we’re looking for:

• Must Have an Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, BTEC, HND, BEng, BSc)
• In – Date High Voltage Authorised Persons Certificate is Highly Desirable
• Must have experience servicing electrical and mechanical building systems (3-5 years FM experience ideally)
• Must Be Willing to progress to a management role/undergo training
