We are recruiting for Technical Authors to help support on a major nuclear project on an initial 3-month contract inside IR35 with the potential for extensions.

The role involves working with the Head of Engineering and workgroup to develop and pen/author a configuration management plan which can be implemented throughout the project lifecycle. This will help to increase standardisation across the engineering team to prevent rework.

Experience:

• Technical Authoring experience
• Knowledge/experience of Systems Engineering methodologies
• Knowledge of Through Life Engineering
• An understanding of Configuration Management methodology (advantageous)
• An understanding of Asset Management methodology (advantageous)
• Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle (advantageous)
• Experience working in the nuclear/defence sector (advantageous)

The client is offering 3-month contracts with hybrid working with base offices in Warrington, Bristol, Newbury and Leicester. The ability to work remotely will be significant and will grow as the project progresses.

Candidates will need to be eligible to gain UK security clearance.
