Your new company

• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

• You will be working continental shifts (days and nights), across a modern, prestigious, commercial office building based in London Bridge. 
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. 
• HVAC, AHU’s, FCU’s filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. 

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will hold mechanical, plumbing or HVAC qualifications - desirable, not essential. 
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.  
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
