Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of heavy industrial machinery.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment through regular service checks and preventive maintenance.

• Must have experience with processing equipment like - conveyors, crushers , quarry type of plant and heavy plant for construction.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to enhance system designs and operational efficiency.
• Deliver technical support and training to clients and staff, ensuring safe and effective use of machinery.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency call-outs, offering solutions that minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in servicing heavy industrial equipment, with a focus on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an aptitude for teaching and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
