Your new company

• A well-known Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

Your new role

• You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour a week, across an education site, based in Nottingham.
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. 
• Temp testing, unblocking sinks / toilets, fault finding on boilers and minor repairs, flushing and general building service maintenance including light changes, fire door testing and minor repairs. 

What you'll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will hold gas safe tickets / plumbing Level 2 C&G
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.  
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
