Role: Service Engineer      

Area: Swindon, Oxford area

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

To always show excellent attitude and application.

Work independently on split/multi-split systems.

Work on DX and CW FCUs.

Work independently on VRV/VRF condensers.

Work independently on CRAC units.

Carry out PPM visits to the above types of equipment.

Carry out all types of repairs to all the above types of equipment.

The ability to complete advanced fault finding to all the above types of equipment.

Competent understanding of the refrigeration cycle to be able to pinpoint an issue.

Compile dilapidation reports to the above types of equipment.

Complete accurate reports of work on time and to a high standard.

Desired Skillset and Characteristics:

Diploma in Air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent.

Cat 1 F-Gas qualification or equivalent.

Full clean driving licence.

Can-do attitude.

Self – motivated.

Trustworthy.

Polite.

Punctual.

Good listener.

Practically minded. 

Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work on other types of HVAC equipment is desirable. (Chillers/AHUs/Refrigeration)

Ability to utilise manufacturers service software with a sound understanding of the data. 

What They Offer:

Holidays of 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.

15 days sick pay – rolling 12 months, following probation pass.

Birthday day off or next working day if it falls on a non-working day.

Quarterly Bonus scheme, based around performance attendance and adhering to company processes and procedure.

Up to 1 hour paid travel time per working weekday.

Pension Contributions from company of 4%, Employees pay in 5%, with option to make additional voluntary contributions.
