My client is calling for you to be the driving force behind their conveyor belt manufacturing line. Join a small team of driven, determined, and focused fitters and engineers that are deadline obsessed with no hesitation of being hands on and getting their hands dirty!

Their ideal member of the team will be focused and eager to learn, flexible with working alone, as well as a functioning member of a team. You will be able to witness and perform all stages of manufacturing, from cutting appropriate conveyor sheets, all the way to going out and personally fitting conveyor belts yourself and being the hero of the day that our clients need!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fitting Conveyor belts for customers in a variety of industries
• Utilise your experience in mechanical fitting – to include PVC and PU.
• Undertake schedule call- out rota (1 in 3 weeks)
• Maintain a work environment that is kept clean, safe, and tidy.
• Ensure all waste has been disposed of safely and in line with company processes.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in mechanical conveyor belt fitting
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• PC literate
• Great team player
• Full UK Driving License
