Electrician - EV

The role holder will be a qualified electrician, carrying out site surveys and minor works installations at commercial EV charging locations, as well as pro-actively maintaining existing equipment on site.
Duties and responsibilities
- Carry out in-depth site surveys to assess for available power allowing for the completion of accurate, high quality quotes and estimates
- Work pro-actively with Sales and Account Management to manage surveys and site visits for installations
- Work with Customer Services to provide pro-active and re-active maintenance on existing sites
- Minor works installations
- Commissioning of both A.C and D.C chargepoints
- Quality assurance reports on our sub-contractors installations
- Test and inspection using NICEIC portal
- Act as a brand ambassador and representing the client on site visits
- Experience working with large scale commercial/industrial building supply and understanding of how to utilise this supply to suit our installations
- Previous experience installing electric vehicle charging points whether commercial or domestic
- Maintenance Engineer experience
- Understanding of a wide variety of commercial electrical installations
- Communication is key both with the office and while dealing with clients as a representative for the company
- Drive, commitment, and desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced changing industry
- Pro-active, and responsive approach to all work

- Full, clean driving licence
- 2396 Electrical Design Course
- ECS/CSCS cardholder
- 2919-01 EV Charger Course
