Do you have management experience from a Marine background, looking for an exciting new opportunity to put your own stamp on a department for a global company?

This multi-million-pound organisation are a pioneering name within their industry, and with exciting plans for growth, they are now looking for someone to come in and head up their engineering operations.

In this highly varied role, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of vessels and overseeing a range of projects whilst working closely with the Director to develop the team of engineers.

This role would suit someone from a Marine background with management experience looking for a highly autonomous role, leading the engineering operations whilst having structured career progression to ensure your own personal development.

The Role:

• Working alongside the Director to manage a fleet of Vessels.
• Overseeing Engineering Operations and Projects.
• Data Reports, Servicing, Control costs

The Person:

• Engineering or Project Management background
• Marine Engineering experience
• Health and Safety Knowledge
