Commercial Gas Engineer 

Up to £45,000 + Vehicle + Personal Use + Bonuses

Birmingham/Walsall/Coventry

An opportunity to work with a 30 years established FM company, who have a commercial portfolio of high end clients including Offices, Retail and Shopping Centres.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
• Participation in an On-Call Rota (1 in 8)

The Role:

• Perform maintenance tasks related to commercial gas systems, including service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on-site.
• Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance methods.
• Work on a variety of systems, including boilers, heating systems, gas appliances, and associated equipment.

• Full valid driving license.
