Electrical Project Manager - Building Services

Working in conjunction with a M&E design and build construction services specialist seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their Manchester-based team.

Our client predominantly focus on ventilation and air conditioning along with wide-ranging electrical systems, providing services from initial design, installation and maintenance areas.

The singular practice have an extensive range of abilities from working within occupied offices, new builds, high security sectors, healthcare, motor retail.

The Role -

- Overseeing all electrical aspects of varying built environment projects from inception to handover stage

- Providing point of reference, responsible for electrical/overall site operatives

- Client interaction while ensuring all works are completed within timeline and budgetary requirements

- Completing project documentation including contracts, progress reports, electrical specifications

Requirements -

- Further education qualification within Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relatable field

- Displayable background operating within a similar position of around at least 5 years

- Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, industry standards and electrical systems

Package -

- To £70k per annum

- 28 days holiday per annum
